This Wholesale Policy outlines the terms under which 1000 Islands Maps (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers wholesale pricing and bulk purchasing of Original The 1000 Islands Map.
Wholesale orders are intended for:
- Retail stores
- Boat Tours
- Gift shops
- Marinas
- Tourism Centers
- Hotels & Motels
- Museums
- Distributors
- Event organizers
All wholesale inquiries create an account at office.1000islandsmaps.com/client/register or must be submitted to wholesale@1000islandsmaps.com.
- Wholesale Eligibility
To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must meet at least one of the following:
- Operate a registered business in 1000 Islands Regain
- Tourism Retail or hospitality distribution
- Place a minimum wholesale order (see Section 3)
We may request business verification before approving wholesale pricing.
- Minimum Order Requirements
Wholesale pricing applies to orders of:
- One Display Box (qty 60 maps )
- Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing is based on one: Display Box (qty 60 maps )
- Each Display Box offers 100% profit for retailers.
- Order 2 boxes or more and receive a 10% savings on your total invoice.

- Payment Terms
Wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit card
- Electronic Check
- Bank transfer
- E‑transfer pay to payments@1000islandsmaps.com
Approved Retail Partners, after completing their initial order, may request Net 15 payment terms. All payment‑term requests must be approved and your portal will be update to reflect.
- Shipping for Wholesale Orders
We ship wholesale orders to:
- Canadas 1000 Islands Region
- United States 1000 Islands Region
Shipping costs depend on:
- Order size
- Weight
- Destination
- Carrier rates
Wholesale orders may ship via:
- In Person
- Canada Post
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
All Orders come with Tracking, Insurance and Signature Required.
- Customs & Import Fees (USA Orders)
USA wholesale buyers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Brokerage fees
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
- Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 2–3 business days
- USA: 3–5 business days
Large wholesale orders may require additional processing time.
- Returns & Refunds for Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are final sale, except in cases where:
- Maps arrive damaged
- Incorrect quantities are delivered
- Lost in Delivery
To report an issue:
- Email wholesale@1000islandsmaps.com within 2 business days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide photos of any damage or discrepancies
We will replace damaged or incorrect items at no cost.
- Resale Guidelines
Wholesale buyers agree to:
- Sell maps at suggested retail price $19.99 (unless approved otherwise)
- Not alter, rebrand, or modify the maps
- Not reproduce or copy the map design
- Not sell digital versions of the map
Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
- Marketing Materials
We can provide:
- Premium 15″ x 37″ inch, five‑color Authentic 1000 Islands Map Print
- Counter Display Box
- Local Retail Partner Link

- Order Cancellations
Wholesale orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
