1. Overview

This Wholesale Policy outlines the terms under which 1000 Islands Information and Promotions (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers wholesale pricing and bulk purchasing of The 1000 Islands Map.

Wholesale orders are intended for:

• Retail stores
• Boat Tours
• Gift shops
• Marinas
• Tourism centers
• Hotels & resorts
• Museums
• Distributors
• Event organizers

All wholesale inquiries create an account at office.1000islandsmaps.com or must be submitted to sales@1000islandsmaps.com.

2. Wholesale Eligibility

To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must meet at least one of the following:

• Operate a registered business
• Purchase maps for resale
• Purchase maps for tourism or hospitality distribution
• Place a minimum wholesale order (see Section 3)

We may request business verification before approving wholesale pricing.

3. Minimum Order Requirements

Wholesale pricing applies to orders of:

• A Display Box (qty 60 maps )

4. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is based on:Display Box (qty 60 maps )

• Each Display Box offers 100% profit for retailers.
• Order 2 boxes and receive a 10% savings.
• Order 3 boxes and receive a 20% savings on your total.

5. Payment Terms

Wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit card
• Company Check
• Bank transfer
• E‑transfer (Canada only)

Approved partners, after completing their initial order, may request Net 15 payment terms. All payment‑term requests must be approved in writing.

6. Shipping for Wholesale Orders

We ship wholesale orders to:

• Canada
• United States
• International destinations

Shipping costs depend on:

• Order size
• Weight
• Destination
• Carrier rates

Wholesale orders may ship via:

• Canada Post
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• International postal partners

Tracking is provided whenever available.

7. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

International wholesale buyers are responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT
• Brokerage fees

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

8. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 3–10 business days
• USA: 5–12 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Large wholesale orders may require additional processing time.

9. Returns & Refunds for Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are final sale, except in cases where:

• Maps arrive damaged
• Incorrect quantities are delivered
• The shipment contains the wrong product

To report an issue:

1. Email sales@1000islandsmaps.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number
3. Provide photos of any damage or discrepancies

We will replace damaged or incorrect items at no cost.

10. Resale Guidelines

Wholesale buyers agree to:

• Sell maps at or above the suggested retail price (unless approved otherwise)
• Not alter, rebrand, or modify the maps
• Not reproduce or copy the map design
• Not sell digital versions of the map

Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Marketing Materials

We can provide:

• Product descriptions
• High‑resolution images
• Display suggestions
• Retail signage (digital)

12. Order Cancellations

Wholesale orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
